Bob Inglis Inglis was first elected to Congress in 1992. After an unsuccessful bid for the U.S. Senate in 1998, he practiced law before running for Congress again in 2004 and winning. Former Representative Inglis (R-SC), the executive director of republic.En, an advocacy group for climate change, will be coming to speak to Winthrop University about Climate Change and its effects on our planet.
