Town and Gown 2024

Event Description:

Winthrop University, Fraternity & Sorority community, City of Rock Hill, Neighbors/Community Members, Property Owners, Rock Hill Police Department, Winthrop Police Department, On September 17, 1990 the Town and Gown Compact was created to represent the mutual interests and association between Rock Hill and Winthrop communities. This document characterizes a commitment and an on-going relationship among well-meaning and mutually interested parties to work together and uphold the values of cooperation and civic responsibility.
