International Center Casual Friday: The Wonderful World of Jeans

Event Description:

The International Center invites you to come learn about the simple pair of denim jeans. You will learn about the rich history of how denim jeans began, how they grew to become the symbol of the United States and individual expression, and how denim went international sparking a rich subculture and artistic expression across the global. After hearing our main presentation and a word from international students you will never look at a pair of jeans the same again.
